This is an extremely well equipped property. The kitchen has everything you could need, as does the rest of the house, everything has been carefully thought out. The house is very clean and tidy, as is the bedding and bathrooms, and spacious too. The beach of Crackington Haven is about 5 min drive away with a friendly pub grub too. We visit Cornwall every year as we have family in Newquay. Bude and Port Isaac are a short drive away and well worth a visit. We even went to the Eden Project about 1.5 hours away! You can walk to the local post office/ corner store which is very friendly. The view over the valley and the sheep are stunning, although a little windy when we went due to a storm. The downstairs is very open plan - although having a separate room for the 'little ones or teens' that don't want to mix ;) and a downstairs wet room which was very handy for the surfers! Our experience with the owners and booking was made extremely easy and they were very helpful. I would defiantly recommend this as a holiday home, and would return again. It was just very slightly too far for us to travel daily to Newquay to visit family.
Definitely a 10/10 experience, thank you for making it so enjoyable.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you on behalf of Lee and both our families for the use of your holiday home last week.
The house is absolutly fantasic, better than what we dreamed, very spascious for a large family, extremely well equipt and very warm and cosy for those windy days during 'Storm Jude'! We were made to feel so welcome with the little touches left for us (especially the fruit, which was greatly enjoyed by all, milk, biscuits and jam!)
I just wanted to say a personal thank you, we take away some great memories of our holiday. I will not hesitate to recommend your home to friends and family.
